Shipping policy
Prints from Webshop de Roos are delicate pieces of art. Every print is made on demand and we hold no stock.
Every print is personally signed by the photographer and therefore depends on several factors of availability that influence the shipping time.
Generally every print is prepared within a maximum of one week unless announced otherwise on the website (for example when the photographer is on vacation). Within the Netherlands the shipping time is generally 1 to 3 days. Internationally, this can vary from 5 to sometimes 20 days due to unforeseen difficulties within the shipping process. We kindly ask for your understanding that this is beyond our control.
