Return and refund terms for orders placed with Webshop de Roos (trade name of Jero Media).

This return policy applies to orders shipped by Webshop de Roos to the countries listed below. It matches our settings in Google Merchant Center.
We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products, provided the item is in new or lightly used condition and returned by post. You are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage unless the product was damaged in transit or incorrectly delivered.
There is no restocking fee. After we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 10 days.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason. Use our withdrawal function or the model withdrawal form. You will receive an immediate email confirmation.
We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order if needed.
We never send products in a damaged state; however, damage can still occur in transit. Contact us with photos and your order number. For books and prints, we usually ask you to return the item so we can send a replacement. Return shipping for verified damage or our error is at our expense where applicable.
