Returns, cancellations, exchanges, and damaged deliveries, aligned with how we run the studio webshop.
It is possible to return your order within 3 days of arrival. Please email us within those three days and we will send you the return address. You will receive a full refund, but we cannot compensate for return shipping costs.
Cancelling an order is possible as long as you email us on the same day. If the package is already shipped, we cannot cancel the order and we have to go through the return process above.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges.
We never send products in a damaged state; however, damage can still occur in transit. We handle each case individually. For books, in case of damage we ask you to return the product so we can send a replacement. In the Netherlands the delivery cost will be on us.
