What is included in an order?
If you buy a picture, it is important to know a frame is only included with the smallest size due to high risk of damage during shipping. With bigger sizes, we can only offer a frame if it is personally picked up or it can be delivered by hand within the Netherlands. Please note it also comes with extra costs depending on the size.
Do you also offer frames?
We do, but they are made to custom order. If you want a frame included, please contact us and we will manually invoice you after mutual agreement. Use the contact form or email webshopderoos@gmail.com.
Shipping
I want to return an order
It is possible to return your order within 3 days of arrival. If you want to do so, please send us an email within those three days and we will send you the return address. You will receive a full refund, but we cannot provide compensation for return shipping costs.
I want to cancel an order
Cancelling an order is possible as long as you send us an email on the same day. If the package is already shipped, we cannot cancel the order and we have to go through the return process mentioned above.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately we do not offer the possibility to exchange any item.
My delivery is damaged, what can I do?
We guarantee that we never send products in a damaged state; however, it can still happen during delivery. Generally we manage every case individually. For books, in case of damage we kindly ask you to return the product so we can send you a replacement. In the Netherlands the delivery cost will be on us.
